If you already registered to attend the March 3rd conference which was cancelled due to the adverse weather, you do not need to re-register. Simply bring your receipt email as your access pass. We are looking for German teachers who stand out for their innovative and enthusiastic way of engaging their students to learn this wonderful language. Please use the attached form in order to send the details of your favourite German teacher, the reason for your suggestion and examples of projects/the work of the teacher to email@example.com by 20th October 2016.
A jury of representatives of the GDI, the German Embassy and the Goethe-Institut will choose the most impressive candidate. The award comes with a prize money of EUR 500 intended for future projects or materials. It will be presented at the annual GDI Conference on 12th November 2016 at Trinity College Dublin.
2016 war wieder ein erfolgreiches Jahr für die Prüfungen „Fit in Deutsch 1 und 2“, an denen über 300 Schülerinnen und Schüler des Übergangsjahres bzw. des fünften Schuljahres teilnahmen. Im Frühjahr 2017 will das Goethe-Institut die Prüfungen deshalb wieder anbieten. Melden Sie sich zu dem Trainingstag (nur für Lehrer) am 22.10. in Dublin an (bis zum 21.10.).
